Check-In Time: 4:00 PM  and  Check Out Time: 12:00 PM

Room Guarantee
All reservation requests will require a credit card guarantee, a one night's deposit, or a guarantee to the Master Account.  Deposits will be refunded for rooms canceled up to 6:00pm prior to arrival. Name changes to room reservations may be made up to prior to arrival at no charge.

Transportation

Airport – The best airport to use for the conference is BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport

Ground Transportation Options:
Light Rail: The Light Rail Service is provided by The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) to and from BWI Marshall Airport. Light Rail service is available to downtown Baltimore. Fare is $1.60 each way. For schedules call 410-539-5000
. The Light Rail system operates 6:00am-11:00pm Mon-Fri; 7:00am-11pm Sat.; 11:00am-7:00pm Sundays and Holidays. There is a light rail station right across the street from the hotel (see the hotel website for a map).

Shuttle: For information on service to/from Baltimore's Inner Harbor Hotel District, Baltimore City and Baltimore, Prince George, Montgomery, Anne Arundel Counties and Annapolis as well as Northern Virgina, phone 800-BLUE VAN (258-3826) (approx. $13 one way).

Taxi: The taxi stand is located just outside of the baggage claim area of the lower level of the BWI Marshall terminal. BWI Marshall taxicabs are prohibited from charging flat rates. For more information, call 410-859-1100 (approx. $35 from BWI to downtown Baltimore)
